The UK’s leading respite holiday specialist

Revitalise provides respite breaks for disabled adults, with care support tailored to their needs, in a hospitality setting — an innovative and refreshing alternative to traditional residential respite care.

We currently provide nearly 5,000 breaks each year, but this number represents less than 1% of those who would benefit from our services. The need for high quality respite breaks like those provided by Revitalise has never been higher.

Our Breaks
A completely unique take on respite care

We currently run three accessible holiday centres in Chigwell in Essex and Southport. Our centres cater for adults with a variety of different disabilities.

We aim to provide a refreshing alternative to traditional respite care. Each centre offers short breaks in a relaxed, holiday-style environment, with a variety of trips and activities. Guests on our breaks are supported by volunteers who provide companionship and assistance.

Our Vision

A society in which every disabled person and every carer is able to take the break or holiday they want.

We firmly believe that disabled people should have the same rights, freedom, responsibilities and quality of life as those without disabilities.

Our Purpose

To enable disabled people and their families to access and enjoy amazing holidays, breaks and experiences tailored to them, to escape, relax and have fun.

Our purpose reflects our position as a leading provider of respite holidays and our wider goal of enabling greater access to breaks and holidays through our campaigning and direct advocacy work. We are determined that no disabled person or carer should face barriers to a break.
