Brother Beyond frontman performs at Southport charity’s respite centre on 13 Friday.
Fresh from his appearance on BBC TV’s The Voice at the weekend, former Brother Beyond frontman Nathan Moore wowed the disabled guests at Revitalise Sandpipers in Southport on Friday 13 February.
Nathan performed some of Brother Beyond’s greatest hits – including The Harder I Try, Be My Twin and Can You Keep a Secret? – in front of an enraptured audience enjoying ‘Flashback 80s’ Week at the charity’s respite holiday centre on Southport’s Marine Lake.
Nathan performed the White Stripes’ Seven Nation Army in front of the celebrity judges on BBC TV’s The Voice on Saturday 7 February.
Commenting on his appearance during Flashback 80s Week at Revitalise Sandpipers, Nathan said:
“It was such a joy to perform some of my favourite songs from the Brother Beyond back catalogue for the guests enjoying holidays at Sandpipers. They gave me a fantastic reception. The 1980s were really good to me and I hope my set helped rekindle some cherished memories for them too. I’m glad I was able to play a part in giving the guests at Sandpipers a really memorable week. I’d love to do it again.”
Nathan and Brother Beyond reached number two in the pop charts with The Harder I Try in summer 1988, only being kept off the top spot by Phil Collins.
