Care support tailored to your needs

With over 60 years of experience we can cater for almost every type of disability. We offer 24-hour care with nursing provision as needed — so you can simply relax and enjoy a worry free break.

We understand that everybody’s care needs are different, so when you make a booking, we ask a series of questions to get an overview of your medical conditions and find out which Care Support Package suits you best. Before your break, our nurses will phone to go through pre-assessment questions to identify your exact needs and address any concerns.

  • If you use a hoist to transfer, you need to be aware that we can only use our slings as these are inspected every 6 months and certified by LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations). If you have a specialist sling you wish to use, you will need to bring an up-to-date LOLER certificate with you. We cannot guarantee scheduled daily routines for guests that are accustomed to this level of assistance at home. However, we will try our best to ensure your needs are met as much as possible. Whilst out on trips it is not always possible to provide hoisting assistance when visiting the toilet. A number of our guests choose to use pads. Each guest participating on trips is assessed in advance.
  • If you choose to self-medicate you will be allocated a bedroom and key. A risk assessment will be conducted upon arrival to ensure your safety and that of other guests.
  • If you use personalised equipment at home such as a wheelchair or Zimmer frame, we would kindly request that you bring this along.
