The MS Society and Revitalise Match Funding Scheme
The MS Society is working in partnership with Revitalise to ease the financial strain and offer funded breaks for people with MS and their carers. Revitalise and the MS Society offer matched funding which means you will receive double the grant towards an accessible respite break.
A holiday with Revitalise includes wheelchair-friendly accommodation, purpose-built facilities, full service dining, accessible activities for disabled people and expert care support from our team of Registered Nurses, carers and volunteers.
Together, we want to reach as many people with MS as we can so that they can benefit from a fully supported holiday with us.
Eligibility
- You are affected by MS
- You cannot afford the full cost of the break
- You haven’t been on a Revitalise break in the past two years.
Please note, to be eligible for this funding you need to have less than £6,000 in accessible savings.
