We want every guest to have the best possible experience during their stay and importantly, to know what to expect from us. Our Revitalise You Standards outline each stage of your stay, from arrival to departure, and reflect our commitments to you.

We review our performance against our standards regularly and we welcome your feedback during or after your stay to help us assess how we are doing and what improvements we need to make.

Revitalise Families Charter

Many of our guests rely heavily on their families for their every day support. We understand the importance of families to have confidence and trust in us, in order for guests to gave an enjoyable holiday.
