Trustee: Guest Representative: We are looking to appoint an outstanding and influential Trustee who can bring vital experience from the perspective of our service users. You might be a current, previous or even potential guest or their carer, spouse or family member. What is important is that you have a desire to input into the strategic leadership of Revitalise.

Trustee: Hospitality: We are looking to appoint a Trustee who can bring much needed experience from within the hotel and hospitality sector. All our Trustees demonstrate excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak their mind, sharing knowledge for the benefit of the charity and its guests. They also show excellent governance skills and have a combined goal of ensuring all our guests have the best, and safest, experience.

Senior Finance Officer

Location: Hybrid; working from home and our central London office

Hours: Permanent, full-time – 37.5 hours; flexible working hours policy apply

Salary: £33,660

Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Senior Finance Officer to carry out a broad range of finance tasks ensuring the underlying ledger is up to date and reconciled.

Previous experience of working in a busy finance team is required. We are looking for someone with great enthusiasm combined with experience and organisational skills who wishes to develop their career. You will feel confident in using IT applications and be studying towards an accountancy qualification.

Holiday Care Assistant 

Location: Vacancies at both Sandpipers in Southport and Jubilee Lodge in Essex

Hours: Permanent – 37.5 hours 

Salary: £11/hour

Job Purpose: You will provide reliable and personalised care to our guests and build positive relationships to make their holiday stay enjoyable.  You will need to be able to keep clear and accurate records of different care activities.  You must be a kind and compassionate person, able to show genuine interest in and commitment to caring for people with disabilities. You do not need experience of being a care worker as we will provide training and support.

Holiday Care Team Leader

Location: Vacancies at both Sandpipers in Southport and Jubilee Lodge in Essex

Hours: Permanent – 37.5 hours 

Salary: £12.50/hour (£24,375 per annum, full-time equivalent)

Job Purpose: You will lead and coordinate the care activity to support our guests, ensuring that every guest has a great experience during their stay.  You will supervise and line manage a small team of Holiday Care Assistants.  You must have some experience of supporting people with disabilities or other vulnerable groups in a health or social care setting.  You do not need management experience; we will provide you with training.

Individual Giving and Legacies Manager

Location: Hybrid; working from home and our central London office

Hours: Permanent, full-time – 37.5 hours per week 

Salary: £37,000 per annum

Job Purpose: The Individual Giving and Legacies Manager will be a key member of our multi-skilled Fundraising team. We are looking for someone to lead Revitalise’s Individual Giving and Legacy fundraising programmes with the aim of increasing the number of active and engaged Revitalise supporters. This will be achieved by delivering a programme of inspiring and timely communications and development of the most relevant opportunities for existing and potential supporters to contribute to our vital mission.

Telephone Volunteer 

Location: Home-based 

Hours: Flexible – ideally a few hours per week but the work can be fitted around other commitments. 

Job Purpose: We conduct research and feedback calls with our guests. The insights they provide are vital for understanding our impact, providing the best possible breaks, and for our fundraising and campaigning. You will be provided with contact details of guests. Either they have requested a call to give their feedback, or you will be following up an email or a letter requesting feedback.
