Mindy joined the Board in 2003, becoming Chairman in September 2010. She also sits on the Remuneration Committee and the Property Advisory Group. Mindy runs her own consulting practice, advising clients in the private, public and voluntary sector on strategy, change and organisational development, both in the UK and overseas and she is also a trustee of the British Scholarship Trust. Mindy lives in London with her husband Ben and two children. She is a keen (if haphazard) gardener and baker of cakes. Mindy’s ideal break is a day at the Chelsea Flower Show.

Linda is Chair of the Revitalise Property Advisory Group and a member of the Enterprises Committee which focuses on Revitalise retail. She is also on the Board of Brentwood Theatre and previously Hornchurch Theatre Trust and the development council of Shakespeare’s Globe. She was made a Freeman of the City of London in 1984. Her interests include golf, tennis and theatre.

Philip is an accountant and has worked in the finance sector for 25 years across a wide range of disciplines, specialising in risk for the past six years. He lives in Kent with his wife Melanie and their four children, two cats and a selection of chickens. Philip’s ideal holiday is something active and mad like climbing Everest or canoeing the Amazon – but nothing scary!

Mike joined the Board in January 2014. He is Chair of the Income and Market Development Committee and also sits on the Remuneration Committee. He is the founder and current MD of consulting and training business Ashton Brand Consulting Group, which helps businesses to implement training solutions that transform their customer experience, manage change and enhance performance. Mike brings his considerable experience to support Revitalise’s marketing activity. In his spare time, Mike plays drums for a Beatles tribute band and his ideal break would be a road trip around Europe, playing at all the great music venues and taking in the sights.

He is a Finance and Audit professional with 20 years financial services experience gained at KPMG, Volvo Financial Services and most recently Nationwide Building Society. He was also a trustee of Nationwide’s charitable foundation for five years until 2013. Simon went the extra mile (then the remaining 25.2) for us when he completed the London Marathon with Team Revitalise in 2014. He has since run several ultramarathons. He lives in Chepstow with his wife and two young children. Simon’s favourite break is spending time with his family and relaxing in the sun.

She has worked at Bates Wells and Braithwaite, a leading charity and social enterprise firm, since 2012. Before that she worked in-house as a solicitor at the NSPCC and trained at the commercial law firm, Jones Day. Victoria lives in North London with her husband and two young sons. She enjoys volunteering at Kith & Kids, a Tottenham based charity which supports people with a learning disability or autism and their families. Any spare time is usually spent watching or playing sport and an ideal break is by the seaside!
Peter has worked in social care services for 30 years and at every level, from hands on care and support to six years as operations director of a large national charity.

He now works as an independent consultant and director of Care Inc Ltd, providing management and practice support for social care providers. Peter lives in Worcestershire. His ideal break would involve exploring a large city and then relaxing on the beach.

She has a background in marketing, strategy and digital innovation and is a Director of Polyco Healthline a company providing protection, care and cleaning products to medical and industrial sectors in the UK. Lesley lives in North London with her husband Jorgen and often holidays in his home country of Sweden. Ideal holiday would be an American road trip with lots of walking in its national parks.

Jane Kennedy joined the board of Revitalise in 2019. She left her Executive role in July 2017 to pursue a portfolio career which has become varied and exciting including HR and Operations consultancy services for a range of clients, Executive coaching, NED for NHS Property Services and Progress alongside a Vice Chairman role for Age UK ( Hythe and Lyminge). She was previously Chief Operating Officer and HR Director of Just Group and Partnership Assurance Services. Jane has also held senior roles in Saga Services, Colonial Mutual Life Assurance, GHL Group, Barclays Retail Mortgages and Scottish Widow
Kevin, a keen hiker and tennis player, rejoined us in 2019.
Kevin rejoined us in 2019 as he was a former Trustee back in 2011/12. A qualified chartered accountant and board director, he spent much of his early career with KPMG, working with clients on large business transformation projects in Europe, New Zealand and Asia and ran their Telecom Consulting practice in Hong Kong. Since leaving KPMG, Kevin has held Regional Director Finance & Resources Roles for Verizon Business in both Asia Pacific and EMEA worked as COO for a fast-growing consulting business, Commercial Director for a highly leveraged private equity owned SME as well as European CFO for a medium sized multi-layer marketing organisation based out of the Netherlands. Since 2017, he has been the CFO at The Kennel Club in London. Kevin is a member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee. Kevin is a keen hiker and tennis player.
