Revitalise is expecting to appear on BBC South television today, in relation to a guest complaint.
We are immensely proud to provide almost 5,000 holidays a year and 95% of our guests rate their experience and the care they receive, as excellent or good. Nevertheless we do still receive an occasional complaint. In this particular case the guest has already booked another holiday with us and we are looking forward to welcoming him back. We take every complaint seriously and our new CEO has already asked for a further review, so that we can continue to make changes and provide better holidays. We are very pleased that our Netley holiday centre in Hampshire will soon be starting holidays again in the spring after a period of refurbishment and training.
