Netley takes guests on accessible water-skiing excursion.
Guests of Netley Waterside House took to the water yesterday to experience accessible water-skiing at Ellingham Water Ski and Wakeboard Club.
The event, a new addition to Netley’s activity calendar in 2014, was a chance for guests to acquire a new skill thanks to guidance from fully qualified instructors and specialist assistive equipment.
Excursions are a vital part of the break experience provided for Vitalise guests, with the opportunity to have fun and indulge in new experiences provided all year long.
Speaking of the day’s activities, Holly Cook of Vitalise said:
“Our guests had great fun water-skiing yesterday! It was incredibly rewarding to see the satisfaction and enjoyment on each of the guests’ faces as they put the skills they had learnt into practice. Thankfully we all managed to stay dry too!
“Excursions are essential in allowing our guests to have not just a break while they are with us, but an experience. We would like to thank everyone at Ellingham Water Ski and Wakeboard Club for their fantastic guidance and support of our guests throughout the day; it was a really brilliant and fulfilling day for us all.”
