We will match any funding offered by The Respite Association, so you will get double the support.
Book a holiday with your disabled loved one and spend a week at our purpose-built, fully accessible holiday centres. Each centre offer wheelchair-friendly accommodation, specialised equipment for disabled people, daily activities, places to visit nearby and expert care support.
That means we take over the caring role so you can enjoy spending time together. Or you can choose to enjoy a holiday elsewhere, whilst your loved one enjoys a break at Revitalise.
