Terms and Conditions for text donations. We receive 100% of your text donation.

How does Revitalise JustTextGiving work?

You can donate to our charity by texting REVI17 followed by the amount you wish to donate, to 70070.

You can donate £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10.

Can I add Gift Aid to my donation?

Yes. Just follow the instructions we send you by text every time you make a donation using JustTextGiving. By adding Gift Aid, we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give at no extra cost.

How much will it cost me to donate?

Revitalise receive 100% of your text donation. Standard message rates may apply. Please refer to your network operator’s standard rates.

How is my donation collected?

Your text donation will either be deducted from your mobile phone credit or added to your mobile phone bill – and you won’t pay any VAT on your donation.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for text donations. Please contact your mobile operator to make this request. Please note that refunds are at the mobile operator’s discretion.

Who can donate via JustTextGiving

All supporters must obtain permission from the bill payer before sending a Text Giving.

If you are under 16 years old, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to send a Text Giving to us. Thank you.

Can text donations be made from outside the UK?

Donors can only make a text donation abroad if they have a contract with a UK mobile operator. Some overseas text message costs may be applied.

Anyone whose phone operates on a non-UK mobile phone network cannot make a text donation using JustTextGiving. This also includes anyone visiting the UK and roaming on a UK network.

The JustTextGiving service is provided by Vodafone. If you have any queries regarding the service, please visit www.justtextgiving.co.uk.

Revitalise, Vodafone or their sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any mobile telephone network or line, system, server, mobile provider or otherwise which may result in any SMS text being lost or not properly received.
