Cost & Funding Options
As a national charity, we fundraise to subsidise all our prices. Visit our information page to learn more about funding your respite holiday.
Learn moreWe strongly advise all our guests to take out cancellation and travel insurance at the time of booking. For your own peace of mind, the insurance should cover you if you have to cancel your arrangements, or for any emergencies such as illness or injury that arise while you are away.
A listing of travel insurance providers for people with a serious medical condition is provided on the Government’s Money Helper website.
Please read our cancellation charges information carefully. Although you can make a cancellation at any time, you will lose your deposit for any cancellation made more than 30 days before departure and for cancellations made 22-30 days before departure you will be charged 50% of the full break cost. The cancellation charge rises to 100% of the full break cost for cancellations made within 21 days of departure.
