Holiday Care Assistant – Excursions Driver

Location: Holiday Centres

Salary: £12.13 per hour/£23,650 per annum (full-time equivalent)

Job Purpose: Based in Fairway, Southport. You will provide reliable and personalised care to our guests, and make their holiday experience full of joy by building positive relationships. You will take guests out on excursions and assist on the trips. You must be a kind and compassionate person, able to show genuine interest in and commitment to caring for people with disabilities. You do not need experience of being a care worker as we will provide training and support.

Job Purpose: Based in Fairway, Southport. You will lead and co-ordinate the care activity of your team to support our guests, ensuring that every guest has a great experience during their stay. Supported by the deputy manager and nurses, you will administer medication and undertake delegated clinical tasks. You will line manage a small team of Holiday Care Assistants. You must have some experience of supporting people with disabilities or other vulnerable groups in a health or social care setting. You do not need management experience; we will provide you with training. You must have a genuine desire to develop great leadership skills to support the performance and development of others.

Night Worker – Holiday Care Assistant

Job Purpose: Based in Southport. You will provide reliable and personalised care to our guests and build positive relationships to make their holiday stay enjoyable.

Night Worker Care Team Leader

Location: Holiday Centres

Salary: £26,874 per annum (full time equivalent)

Job Purpose: Based in Southport- Merseyside, You will lead and co-ordinate the care activity to support our guests, ensuring that every guest has a great experience during their stay. Working in collaboration with the deputy manager and nurse colleagues, you will administer medication and undertake delegated clinical tasks. You will line manage a small team of Holiday Care Assistants.

Chef

Location: Holiday Centres

Salary: £25,250 per annum (full time equivalent)

Job Purpose: Based In Southport, Merseyside. • To work as part of a team of centre staff. • To ensure that guests, staff and volunteers enjoy a varied menu of well cooked, well presented and served meals within the budget allocated.
