  • Holiday Care Assistant

    Location: Jubilee Lodge, Chigwell

    Salary: £12.13 per hour/£23,650 per annum (full-time equivalent)

    Job Purpose: Based in Chigwell, Essex. You will provide reliable and personalised care to our guests, and make their holiday experience full of joy by building positive relationships. You must be a kind and compassionate person, able to show genuine interest in and commitment to caring for people with disabilities. You do not need experience of being a care worker as we will provide training and support.

  • Holiday Care Team Leader

    Location: Sandpipers, Southport

    Salary: £26,874 per annum (full time equivalent)

    Job Purpose: Based in Fairway, Southport. You will lead and co-ordinate the care activity of your team to support our guests, ensuring that every guest has a great experience during their stay. Supported by the deputy manager and nurses, you will administer medication and undertake delegated clinical tasks. You will line manage a small team of Holiday Care Assistants. You must have some experience of supporting people with disabilities or other vulnerable groups in a health or social care setting. You do not need management experience; we will provide you with training. You must have a genuine desire to develop great leadership skills to support the performance and development of others.

    Salary: £28,114 per annum (full-time equivalent)

    Job Purpose: Based in Southport, Fairway. You will be a key member of the centre leadership team, ensuring that every guest has a high-quality hotel style experience and benefits from the full range of facilities and hospitality on offer. You will direct the work of the volunteers and care colleagues in the restaurant and ensure that guests are supported as required to enjoy the range of activities and in-house entertainment.
