National Free Wills Network

To help our supporters take care of everything that is important to them, Revitalise has teamed up with the National Free Will Network, whose dedicated network of solicitors can write or update your Will for free.

The importance of having a Will

Having an up-to-date Will is an important way of taking care of everything that is important to you. While it’s entirely natural to want to take care of your friends and family first, your Will also provides an opportunity to support your favourite charities, ensuring their good work and your values can also live on.

Using the National Free Wills Network to write your will does not oblige you to include a gift to Revitalise, or any other charity in your will, but we are always very grateful to anyone who kindly chooses to include support Revitalise through their Will.

How the offer works:

If you would like to make use of this special offer, you just need to provide us with your name and address and give us permission to share this information with the National Free Wills Network. You can express your interest in this offer by contacting our fundraising team via fundraising@revitalise.org.uk or by calling the team on 0303 303 0145.

The National Free Wills Network will then send you a letter setting out the next steps. This letter will include a list of all the solicitors in your area who are part of their network and are able to draft a simple Will for free.

Important information about National Free Wills Network

If you go on to use one of the network’s solicitors, Revitalise will pay the Network a special discounted rate, which is then passed on to the relevant solicitor. Please note, if the most appropriate Will for your personal circumstances is more complex than a simple will, you may be asked to pay any additional costs.

The details of your will remain entirely between yourself and your chosen solicitor although your solicitor will ask you if you’d like Revitalise to be informed of any gifts you have given to the charity. Passing on this information will be entirely your choice, but we would welcome the opportunity to thank you for any gift you have given to Revitalise, through your will.
