Our Charity Shops

Our local charity shops raise vital funds to help support our mission. By working as part of our retail team, you’ll be a local extension of our fundraising team. You’ll play a key role in communicating to the public about who we are and what we do to support our guests.

We often get compliments from local shop visitors about how they feel our charity shops are different from others. We’ve even been told visitors feel they’re making a real difference by shopping with a ‘proper charity shop’!

Business Leaders

Our Business Leaders play a vital role in bridging the gap between our executive team and support staff. By joining in one of these roles, you’ll be setting a clear standard for empowering your team in supporting our mission. You’ll be key in leading and developing your team, translating strategic decisions downwards, while reporting on activity upwards.

  • As a member of our leadership team, you will be involved in the strategic direction and planning for Revitalise as a whole.
  • We will support the further development of your leadership skills

Management Roles

Our managers are key to the day-to-day success of our organisation. Your role is all about inspiring those in your team to continuously improve our operations. Whether you’re in fundraising or finance, sales or marketing, you’ll be the drivers of our strategy and models of our core values.

Business Support Staff

Our business support teams are everyone who keep the charity running from our Central London Office. We support the charity with all areas of operation, including Marketing, Fundraising, Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Reservations and IT.

Our roles are flexible, working a hybrid of at home and in the office, with plenty of support to grow and learn. We’re nimble, dynamic and busy, working hard to build awareness and expand the reach of our charity’s mission.

  • Hybrid working
  • Central London location near Liverpool St, Euston, King’s Cross stations and Old Street tube station
  • A bright, clean and well resourced collaboration space shared with other well-known charities
  • Progressive flexible working arrangements
  • A flexi-time scheme (for eligible posts) – enabling you to genuinely balance work and home commitments and to enhance your annual leave by around 10 days per year
