About Revitalise Respite Holidays

Revitalise’s accessible holidays in the UK provide disabled people and carers with the respite break that they need, all completely catered for. Our rooms are fully equipped to the needs of a wide range of disabilities, with expert staff and nurses there to support you. Giving you the space to enjoy a real holiday with the reassurance of care.

Who are respite holidays for?

We provide respite holidays for disabled people and carers aged 18 or over. Carers can choose to have a break with us too, but they are not required to. They are more than welcome to come along with the person they care for and have a proper holiday, while we take over the care.

How we cater for your individual needs

Our teams are experienced in supporting people with a variety of disabilities and care needs. Our approach is collaborative, working with you from the moment you book to ensure the support you receive at our centres is completely tailored to you.

  • At Jubilee Lodge, we take guests into the beating heart of London, as well as historic sites and seaside towns of the south east.
  • From Sandpipers, you can discover the seaside town of Southport, or explore further afield to see the best of the northwest.

Entertainment and Activities

There are a variety of activities to enjoy in our centres. This could include accessible games, exercise, arts and crafts, lively quizzes and bingo. Your evenings could feature live entertainment, discos, casino nights, karaoke!

Specialist breaks

We offer several specialist weeks throughout the year. These include our ever-popular youth weeks and our Treasured Moments weeks for Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Youth Weeks

For younger guests, we run several ever-popular Youth Weeks throughout the year. Each of our centres transform into lively hubs of activity, with a buzzing atmosphere of late night parties and unmissable entertainment. Targeted at 18 to 40 year olds, these wild weeks always sell out quickly.

Treasured Moments

Each year we run several Treasured Moments weeks, specially designed for people with Alzheimer’s and dementia, as well as their loved ones. The goal of the week is to rekindle and nurture relationships, by bringing people together while we take on the caring duties. Extra measures are taken during these weeks to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests. Additionally our staff are trained as Dementia Friends, providing additional support and reassurance.
